Dear Customers,
In order to make all our services more efficient, we have introduced the door-to-door service . The Central Producer Service provides free repair service of units with a valid warranty after having stated such a need by a telephone consultant (tel. +48 61 841 00 73 ext.16 or via e-mail serwis@eta.com.pl).
Shall a necessity of transporting the unit to the Central Producer Service come, the transport costs are borne by the producer, providing that it is done by a company indicated by the producer.

Our company provides high-power supplies service. The range of this service is agreed with each customer individually before signing the service contract and it can include conservation, maintenence, technical survey or a change of configuration. When signing the contract, you can also discuss the speed of reaction and the type of services provided in case of a unit damage or failure.
